Various laws require employers to provide training to employees. For example the  VIC OHS Act 2004 requires employers as is necessary to provide training to enable the employee to perform their work in a manner that is safe and without risks to health. Regulations under the Act – plant regulations require employers to provide training to employees on: the process used for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control.

IRIA are at the forefront of racking training offering a range of training modules. We can offer delivery of the training modules either online or face to face depending upon your requirements.

I103 - Installing and Repairing Racking Systems After completion you will be able to identify the key theoretical elements associated with racking systems and how they should be installed and repaired. Recommended for key staff who complete site fitouts and maintenance. $275pp
I104 - Installing and Repairing Shelving Systems After completion you will be able to identify the key theoretical elements associated with shelving systems and how they should be installed and repaired. Recommended for key staff who complete site fitouts and maintenance. $175pp
I105 - Completing Weekly Inspections This course is designed to help safety representatives and operational staff that work with steel storage racking to complete a weekly racking check. Weekly racking checks are part of the safety culture within many businesses and is mandatory in many jurisdictions. Recommended for safety representatives and operational staff. $75pp

Face to face delivery is designed to offer participating staff opportunites for Questions and Answers with their trainer. It also allows for the course to be tailored to your requirements. Areas covered include:
