The Company is a major provider of retail hardware within Australia and New Zealand. Safety on site is a primary goal for the organisation and as such it implemented a 6 monthly inspection program.
Independent Racking Inspections and Audits (IRIA) was able to implement a program in all regions that it operated. In addition IRIA implemented its IRAT™ online solution that allowed all sites to manage their racking damage and repairs.
IRIA were the incumbent supplier when I came on board with the company 2 years ago. In this time they have provided a range of services and information that go beyond that which would be expected of a normal supplier. The IRIA team have proven themselves to be a no fuss, get on with the job company that always exceed our expectations.
