Our Impact
IRIA is an independent racking inspection service provider with clients in Australia, New Zealand, and globally.
We are dedicated to social responsibility and acknowledge the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation, who are the Traditional Owners of the land where we gather. We actively support the “Yes” campaign.
IRIA actively sponsors and provides student mentoring for The Smith Family, which focuses on helping young Australians to overcome educational inequality caused by poverty.
We are officially carbon neutral and actively monitor and maintain our net-zero carbon footprint while continuously seeking ways to reduce our environmental impact. For us, achieving zero emissions is a meaningful way to positively impact both the environment and society.

Certified B Corporation®
IRIA is proud to be a Certified B Corporation®, recognised for meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
This certification reflects how we’ve always operated: independently, with integrity, and in service of safer, more sustainable workplaces.
We’re now part of a global movement of over 8,500 businesses across 90+ countries, including 700+ in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, all using business as a force for good.
Diversity and Inclusion
Our company was deeply disappointed at the failed Referendum vote in October 2023. We believe that the opportunity to provide a deeply powerful tool to enable change has been missed, possibly for an entire generation. We are deeply sorry that the process leading up to and beyond the vote was in so many ways deeply hurtful to First Nations people and their supporters. We will, as a company support the processes to improve First Nations Peoples’ disadvantage in whatever way we can.
As a Reflect organisation, IRIA Pty Ltd has taken proactive steps to build strong relationships with Indigenous communities, both internally and externally – view our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) here.
Community engagement
IRIA Supports the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) because it is a national charity working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander remote Communities across Australia. They are Community-led, responding to requests from remote Communities for culturally relevant books, including early learning board books, resources, and programs to support Communities to create and publish their stories in languages of their choice.
IRIA supports the Smith Family because they believe that education is one of the world’s most powerful change agents. They focus on helping young Australians to overcome educational inequality caused by poverty. IRIA does this through active sponsorship as well as student mentoring.

Environment
At IRIA, we believe that a low carbon future is crucial for current and future generations. We are proud to announce that we are officially carbon neutral, thanks to our comprehensive approach, which includes carbon offsets, low-emission energy sources, and sustainable business practices. Our journey involved developing software to measure our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and enhancing our head office with additional solar power and battery storage. We actively monitor and maintain our net-zero carbon footprint while continuously seeking ways to reduce our environmental impact. For us, achieving zero emissions is a meaningful way to positively impact both the environment and society.
